yup! I'll probably present tomorrow evening btw

Nice! I am going to be viewing this thread til it’s over :)

Thanks for making this, I never knew I’d enjoy watching simulated biathlon events, but I do now!

I wonder, is there a way to get TPE for participating in multiple events, for example, Dropped Pass gets 10 TPE because he did the first 2 events?

Thank you! That's very kind of you.

I'll consider it if I get to create something worthy and semi-stable. Right now it's just to have some fun and test the engine. If i can make it more solid and people want to continue to have these, I could run a series of events with some kind of progression ig.

That would be awesome, but don’t rush anything. It is really fun.

One question: Are there biathlon stats besides Competitions Entered, Wins, that basic stuff?

It’s a little bit past “tomorrow evening”. Let’s kick this thing off!

I knoow 😢 My ISP was acting yesterday, and then I had a really cool idea (or I hope so) to run the presentation but I need some time to get it ready. I'll try to have it for tonight!

The second event of the Biathlon World Tour is about to start! There's a light snowfall today in Kontiolahti that our skiers will have to endure, but they're big professionals able to perform in this and much worse conditions.

We will feature a mass start today, meaning that all the biathletes will take the start at the same time.

Out athletes are ready and the start line!

And there they go! Marteau, representing Canada, decides to start strong and is pushing the head of the race, followed by Brain Strong and the 3rd robotic generation of biathletes, Enduring Pushbot. Another Canadian closes the race after this first kilometer, Rayz Funk.

The race starts to widen as the rythm impossed by Marteau is too quick for some, these early on the race. May it come back to bite those at the head?

Strong is trying to keep at Marteau's pace, and it seems like Bot may be able to. It looks like a group of 5 is getting off the hook. Harbinger group needs to keep up with the group of Tet-Anhur, Cunningham and Swift.

After the third kilometer everything remains pretty much the same, but the climb makes the space between athletes appear smaller than it is. Remember people, the clock is where it's at!

Getting close to our first shooting of the day! Let's see how our atheletes perform in the mild snowfall.

we got three perfects from Harbinger, Bjorndalen and Strong! That could boost their position in the race, although it's still early. Our leader after the first lap, Marteau, has missed two. We can pretty much guarantee that his lead was not big enough to sustain that. On the other side of the balance Porter Rose Jr is of an awful start with five misses already. Those are extra meters, be careful! Must be the snowfall...

After the first shooting the race has changed quite a bit. Marteau has fallen to the 4th position and Strong has taken the lead, while Pushbot and Pass have also overcome him. Bjorndalen has climbed a few spots while Porter Jr has been heavily penalized by his 5 extra laps and loses a lot of time.
